We take a truly unique and innovative approach to streaming by consistently using broadcast-quality equipment whenever it is possible to do so. To ensure the highest standards, we have partnered with Videostream Limited, a reputable company based in Sligo. This company specializes in providing broadcast-grade video support and services to national broadcasting organizations across the country.

VIDEO

We utilise only the highest quality, top-tier video cameras and lenses to ensure exceptional visual performance. Our preferred and most trusted choices for capturing live sports events are the PXW-X500 and PMW-500 cameras, both of which are expertly paired with Canon and Fujinon 24x broadcast lenses to achieve outstanding clarity and detail. In addition to these, we also regularly employ Sony FS-7s and FX-9s, which provide versatile options for various shooting conditions and contribute to our comprehensive video production capabilities.

AUDIO

Our high-quality audio is produced using state-of-the-art Yamaha equipment and incorporates the latest Dante technology, operating at an impressive 96kHz frequency, which ensures an exceptionally clear and unparalleled sound quality experience.

All of our video and audio signals are transmitted back to the OB van through a robust 4-core fibre optic cable, where the content is expertly mixed and then transmitted out to audiences around the world with precision and reliability.

BACKEND

JW Player serves as our primary backend streaming provider, delivering the highest quality and most reliable streaming platform available in the industry today. Known for its exceptional performance and robustness, JW Player powers streaming engines for some of the world’s most prominent and leading broadcasters, ensuring seamless and high-quality delivery of content across various platforms and devices.
